Dear Mr. Michael Mabe
As per
your requirements, our company has been directed to perform a renovation and
additional capacity to the municipality wastewater treatment plant which exist
for almost 30 years. This contract document serves to confirm the plans and
specifications to achieve the work project estimated budget of $40,000,000.
The additional
capacity of the mentioned plant will be completed within 5 – 10 years to
support the growth in the municipality’s population. Our timeframe will be
strictly respected to avoid poor service delivery and in case of natural
catastrophe or disaster, we will request additional compensation and time for
performance.
We will
use the design-bid-build method which will involve a design team and general
contractor working directly for you under separate contracts. The project will
have the following phases: design, bid, and build.
The current engineers working in the plant are familiar with maintenance and
renovation but have not overseen the construction of such projects thus the bid to
select the correct construction company.
At this
moment, we can affirm with the design team that the amount budget will fulfill the
project’s requirements.
We
assure you that we will do everything we can to minimize those costs and the
necessary contract time extension.
Your
cooperation in minimizing this impact will be appreciated.

We
hereby acknowledge the necessity to build a new wing in the metropolitan city
hospital to house additional state-of-the-art
surgical suites to decrease the transmission of pathogens. This construction
will eliminate part of the surface of the parking area and we will make sure
that it doesn’t disrupt the hospital's daily operations.
We will use the Design-Build method. After receiving the
draft of the initial project design from you, we will therefore ask for project
proposals from various design builders to get the best price. The bidder will
make sure that the surgical suites’ dust does not introduce pathogens. The hospital’s
head of Facilities Management focuses on focuses on routine maintenance and
janitorial work done in-house while equipment maintenance such as the boiler
plant is performed primarily by vendors or subcontractors.
We cannot confirm how much time and cost will the project require
but when we have sufficient information after you have chosen a specific
proposal, our team will then seek to secure the permits and begin the
construction immediately. This way, we will have a clear idea of direct costs
and potential inefficiency, disruption, the cumulative impact of multiple changes,
and any other impact costs as well as extended overhead and equipment costs for
the construction of this building.
We appreciate your time and commitment and please be assured
that we will continue to work with you in order to get a proposal that will
minimize the cost and have an efficient timeframe.

Dear Mr. Michael Mabe
We are grateful to be part of this project and would
like to inform you that the Construction Management methodology adopted in this
project will help us have an expert such as a construction manager hired by you
to oversee the entire project. He or she will stand in as your advocate in
every step of the construction process from
preconstruction, to design and bidding, through construction.
The project expertise knowledge so
that the production facilities adhere to the scientific requirements of the
product. In 10 months, the project should be able to offer your organization a
production facility so that sales of the new product can start the following
month. The timeframe is crucial to building
customer confidence in the company and the product.
To achieve your marketing plan, 10 unique pieces of
equipment for one part of the process will be installed in the existing
production facility which will be converted into production space. To meet the
performance requirements 24/7, the office space will be converted and most clean
room technology will be installed to house the new equipment.
After appointing the construction manager, we will then
have a mutual agreement on the time and cost of this project.
